HS777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings whenever they appear. Understanding them makes the rest of this document much easier to follow.

"HS777" / "We" / "Us" / "Our"

Refers to the HS777 platform, operating at hs777.click, including all its products, games, betting markets and associated services.

"Player" / "You" / "Your"

Any individual who registers an account with HS777 or uses the platform in any capacity, whether logged in or not.

"Account"

The individual registered account created by a player on HS777, through which they access games, betting markets, promotions and payment functions.

"Platform"

The HS777 website and all associated tools, games, pages and features accessible at hs777.click.

"Balance" / "Real Money Balance"

The amount of Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held in a player's HS777 account, derived from deposits, winnings or credited promotions, available for wagering or withdrawal.

"Bonus Balance"

Funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotion or bonus offer, subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.

"Wagering Requirement"

The total amount a player must bet before a bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. Expressed as a multiplier – for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets must be completed.

"Terms" / "Terms and Conditions"

This document in its current version, as published on hs777.click/terms-conditions, which may be updated from time to time.

By registering an account on HS777, accessing the platform, placing any bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement is legally binding between you and HS777.

These Terms apply to all use of the HS777 platform – casino games, live casino, sports betting, slots, card games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and any future product additions. They apply whether you are using HS777 via a browser on a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using HS777 immediately and contact support@hs777.click if you have an existing account you would like closed. Continued use of the platform after any Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

HS777 is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

HS777 will not knowingly permit access to anyone below the age of 18. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, your account may be suspended and any balance held pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period where underage access is later confirmed will be forfeited.

Each player may hold one account only on HS777. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device or same IP address – is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. HS777 may request additional verification documents at registration or at any later point. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account registration on HS777 is free of charge. There is no obligation to deposit immediately after registering, and demo mode is available on software games without a deposit.

HS777 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its sole discretion. In most cases, account closures are communicated with a reason – but HS777 is not obligated to provide one in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse or Terms violations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your HS777 login credentials. This includes your password, mobile number and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including HS777 staff. We will never ask for your password.
• Use a password that is unique to HS777 and not reused across other platforms.
• Log out of your account on shared devices after every session.
• Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings where available.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via live chat or support@hs777.click.

HS777 is not liable for losses resulting from access to your account by a third party where you failed to maintain appropriate security over your credentials. Any bets placed through your account – regardless of who placed them – are your responsibility.

If HS777 detects unusual account activity, we may temporarily lock the account as a precautionary measure and contact you via your registered mobile number or email address to verify identity before restoring access.

All deposits and withdrawals on HS777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place at any stage of a transaction. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank Transfer via IBFT
• Visa / Mastercard bank cards

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your HS777 account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit is not credited within the stated timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within a few minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. HS777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly first withdrawals or large amounts.

Withdrawal to bonus balance: Bonus funds must complete their wagering requirement before being withdrawn. Real money balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to these conditions. HS777 does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawal amounts.

HS777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page, as well as these general bonus terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have not previously claimed the same offer. One bonus of each type per player, household, device, IP address and payment method.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement multiplier, qualifying games and time limit are stated on each individual promotion.
• Software casino games (slots, table games) typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games contribute 20%. Sports bets contribute 100%. These rates may differ for specific promotions – check the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real money balance is exhausted. If your real money balance reaches zero, the bonus balance will be used for subsequent bets.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Your real money balance will be processed normally.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the time of crediting. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry result in the bonus being voided. Specific expiry periods are stated on each promotion.
• HS777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion with or without prior notice. In cases of material changes, we will notify players via their registered contact details where practical.

Bonus Abuse

HS777 does not permit bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing identical or near-identical bets on both sides of a market to cover all outcomes (matched betting or arbing), systematically playing low-variance games to meet wagering requirements at odds below those required for qualifying bets, and creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

If HS777 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void bonuses, void winnings derived from abused bonuses and close the account permanently. If you are unsure whether a strategy violates this policy, contact support before proceeding.

All casino and card games on HS777 – including slots, live casino, Blackjack, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger and all other titles – are governed by these Terms alongside the individual game rules published within each game interface.

• Software games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is periodically audited by an independent testing laboratory. RTP rates are published within each game's help or information section.
• Live casino games use physical cards dealt by real dealers and recorded on camera. Game results are final once announced by the dealer and displayed on screen.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, HS777 systems will process the round to its conclusion and the result will be recorded in your account history. If a round cannot be completed due to a system error, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may differ between software and live versions. Limits may also differ between standard and VIP tables where applicable.
• HS777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in circumstances that are clearly erroneous – for example, where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.

Sports betting at HS777 covers cricket, PSL, international fixtures, and other sports markets. The following rules govern all sports bets placed on the platform.

Odds and Settlement

• All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are correct at the time of bet placement and are locked in from the moment the bet is confirmed.
• Sports bets settle according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). HS777 follows official results even if live score services or third-party data feeds show a different reading at any point.
• In-play bets are accepted until the relevant market is suspended. HS777 may suspend markets at any time during a live event without notice – typically in anticipation of a significant game event. Bets already accepted and confirmed before a suspension remain valid.

Match Abandonment and Postponement

• If a match is abandoned before an official result is achieved, most match-specific markets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that have already settled (e.g., first innings top batsman where the innings is complete) remain settled.
• If a match is postponed but played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets remain valid. If the match is played more than 48 hours late, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results are accepted as official results for all match winner and total runs markets unless stated otherwise for a specific market.

Accumulators

• Accumulator (multi-leg) bets require all selections to win for the full payout. If one selection is voided (e.g., due to abandonment), the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.
• If only one selection remains after voids, the accumulator is treated as a single bet on that remaining selection.

The following conduct is prohibited on HS777 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with HS777 games or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities in games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any live game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting or promotional fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use HS777 for any unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct toward HS777 staff or other players.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making a chargeback after a deposit has been converted into gaming activity.

HS777 maintains fraud prevention and anti-money laundering systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to additional verification checks or temporary holds on withdrawal requests. We cooperate fully with relevant authorities where unlawful activity is detected.

In all circumstances, HS777's maximum liability to any player in respect of any single claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect any player rights that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on HS777 – including but not limited to the HS777 name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, text, graphics and software – is the property of HS777 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any HS777 content without our express written permission. Using HS777 branding or content in any commercial context without permission is prohibited. Scraping, automated data extraction or mirroring of any part of HS777 is prohibited.

Key privacy points relevant to your account:

If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you may close your account before the change takes effect by contacting support. Any real money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method minus any outstanding bonus balance not yet converted.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of HS777 will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which HS777 operates.
